Watermelon cake - sans cake
“Mum, that’s not really a cake.” Considering there was nothing left of this watermelon fruit cake, it still must have tasted pretty good.
This is so easy to make and always gets demolished.
Ingredients:
1/2 watermelon
1 cup of granola
1/2 cup of coconut yogurt, or yogurt of choice
1/2 cup of rasberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
Method
Cut the watermelon in half so that it forms a full circle. Next cut the circle into triangles.
On each watermelon triangle add one dollop of yogurt, berries and top with granola. Repeat for each triangle of watermelon slices 🍉🍉🍉
