Hi, I’m Mel, the heart and words behind Vitalogic.

Over a decade ago, I set out with a simple goal in mind - to help people optimise their wellbeing to live happier and healthier lives.

Like many of you, I wanted to discover how to feel more energised at work, home and play.

Spoiler alert. I didn’t find a one-size-fits-all solution. But I did find science based changes we can make to boost our wellbeing.

This includes nourishing your body with mood boosting meals, sleeping your way to better health or tips to future proof your body. I even learnt that having fun can be an evidence based health intervention.

I love sharing what I’ve learnt in my articles, blogs, recipes and health coaching.
